We just returned from a cruise on the MSC, Seaside. The cruise was outstanding. Thank you Robert Padin for planning another wonderful cruise. One call and the cruise is booked, could not have been any easier. The ship was beautiful, the food good and the entertainment was great. Ocean Cay (their private island) is sooo beautiful and peaceful, we have been to many private islands and Ocean Cay is our favorite. We will sail MSC again, just so we can return to Ocean Cay.

This was the first time using a travel agent , I use to book through Royal Caribbean directly and had done bad experiences pertaining to pricing of my cruises , answering basic questions and I felt I was getting the run around … I am so happy to have Robert and Noemi Padin handle my past cruise and have three more booked through them … whenever there was a price difference , I was quickly notified .. I wanted to change my room and upgrade , it was done with no problem .. they surprised me with many perks such as my Birthday decorations, cake , delicious amenities … it was a great experience all around!! I am looking forward to booking many more cruises through them ! Robert covered every detail for our trip to Alaska, flight, hotel, and cruise. He followed up after the cruise to make sure all was well. This was not our first cruise through Robert and Naomi and will not be our last.

Noemi and Robert did an amazing job planning my wife's 70TH Birthday Cruise with fourteen people and seven cabins. From start to finish they took care of every detail. They got me a great price on the Cruise and was able to get me an outstanding price on drink packages. Six months before our cruise Royalcaribbean changed our cabins, I was freaking out. Noemi and Robert took control and worked everything out. During the year of planning they called many times to keep me updated and even called the day of the Cruise to ensure boarding was going well. Noemi Padin is exceptional! We received the best deal on the cruise we were trying to book. We were met with champagne and strawberries in our room upon checking in.
